As well as an in-depth interview, all of our tutors sit a specially designed test before starting. With a higher pass mark than that of the Department of Education’s QTS test (required for school teachers to qualify nationally), we ensure that we are only hiring the best. As well as testing academic ability, we search for tutors that are gifted in encouraging children and developing them into independent learners.

 

We specialise in English, maths and reasoning so that we’re always the experts on our subjects. This focus means that we can fully support our teachers by providing them with up-to-date National Curriculum information and detailed syllabi for any school their pupils may want to attend.
